Membership

Walton Park does not have a mandatory HOA (Home Owner’s Association).  It is with the voluntary payment of annual dues that allow for the upkeep of common areas and fund capital improvement projects (ie: renovations and repairs).  With the payment of Civic Dues, one vote per household is granted for the annual selection of the WPCA Board of Directors.  Only Walton Park residents are able to obtain voting rights.

There are two types of memberships:

CIVIC MEMBERSHIP​

The CIVIC MEMBERSHIP does not include access to the pool and is open to both residents and nonresidents of Walton Park.   The Civic Membership Fees contribute to the upkeep of public spaces.  With a Civic Membership, you will have use of the:

• Playground
• Tennis Court
• Soccer Field
• Basketball Court
• Discounted clubhouse rental rate

POOL MEMBERSHIP

The POOL MEMBERSHIP is also open to both residents and nonresidents of Walton Park.  It contains privileges of the CIVIC Membership but also includes access to the:

• Pool (Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend)
• Walton Park Waves Swim Team (you must be a pool member to join swim team)
